Laurie Ann K. Chan is responsible for client development, client relations and asset management which includes overseeing the company’s investment properties, financial analysis, specialty lease negotiations and due diligence review for real estate development, acquisition and disposition strategies. Mrs. Chan is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa where she received her Bachelor’s degree from the College of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing.

Currently, Mrs. Chan works with T-Mobile USA overseeing site selection, leasing, zoning, permitting and construction activities for Hawaii.

Mrs. Chan's previous responsibilities included:

Asset Management

Maximize return through analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance

Negotiate third party contracts

Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections

Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports to investors, consultants and other partners
