Mr. Ikeda oversees all of Avalon Commercial’s activity, including investment sales, leasing, and general brokerage.  Mr. Ikeda has extensive experience and in-depth market knowledge of Hawaii’s commercial real estate market successfully representing both local and national retailers and continues working on an ongoing basis with investment sales clients specializing in multi-family and commercial properties.  In 2008, Mr. Ikeda launched Avalon Commercial’s property management division of Multi-family properties throughout Hawaii and the expansion of Avalon Commercial’s leasing activities on Maui and on the Big Island.

Mr. Ikeda is a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Honolulu and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.  He is currently a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaii and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
